Rustic family finca with sensational views.
Finca Son Morro is very private and ideally located between the lively tourist town of Can Picafort and the quiet village of Santa Margalida. The long sandy beach of Can Picafort is only 7 km away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping opportunities abound.
The house is entered through a cozy living/dining room with comfortable sofas. A television and music system are available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
An external staircase leads to a balcony, from where you have a magnificent view of the countryside, the sea and the mountains.
Around the house, there is a partially covered terrace with a professional outdoor grill and several seating areas. From here, you can enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped garden with numerous Mediterranean plants. Several comfortable sun loungers await you by the large 4x8m swimming pool.
