This villa is ideal for group holidays.
Located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, close to the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colònia.
The property has two floors and a tower, is decorated in a rustic and sunny style, and offers a living space of 257 m², sufficient for 7 people.
The house has a comfortable living room with fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi... A large dining room leads to the kitchen, which is semi-open, has a beautiful arch and is fully equipped.
There are 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, including 1 en suite. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, two others on the floor.
Another room is located in the tower, connected by a spiral staircase.
It has central heating.
In the outdoor area you can swim and have fun in the 6x12 m pool and relax on the comfortable sun loungers.
A covered area surrounds part of the house so you can enjoy the outdoors: a large dining table with capacity for 16 people, a grill and terraces with sun loungers.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kW per day per person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
