Comfortable stone house in a rural location with swimming pool
Welcome to the heart of the island.
This beautiful stone house is located just 1 kilometer from the Mallorcan village of Ariany and is in a very quiet location.
Here you are far from mass tourism and above all to find peace and relaxation.
The finca offers 120 m² of living space spread over three lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two others with two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and furnished with every comfort. The cozy and bright living room invites you to linger. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also essential features of your well-deserved vacation. There is a fireplace for those cold winter days.
The perfectly maintained outdoor area is simply fantastic. The lovingly furnished seating areas offer unforgettable views and moments during your well-deserved vacation. A large outdoor grill is available, and there's plenty of space for communal barbecues.
On the terrace, the large swimming pool (9m x 4m) is integrated and comfortable sun loungers are provided.
