An authentic Mallorcan country house with a lot of peace and a spectacular view down to the sea, this beautiful finca offers all this! The rustic finca is situated on a hill between Sant Llorenç and Arta on the east coast of the island.
The location of the finca impresses with a fantastically beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding natural landscape, all the way to the sea. It is nice and secluded here, but it is not, as the village of Sant Llorenç is only 5 minutes away from the finca. The house offers approximately 250 m² of living space on two floors, in total four double bedrooms (4x double bed) and three bathrooms with shower.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor are air-conditioned and two of them have access to a terrace with a beautiful view. The ground floor houses an open living-dining room and a modern open kitchen. There are a total of three shower bathrooms available, one of them en suite.
The outdoor area of this finca is something special, the pool terrace is literally integrated into the mountain landscape just a few metres from the house. The highlight here is the 9 mx 5 m pool (depth 1,20 mx 1,90 m) with sun loungers and a covered terrace around the pool with well-kept lawn. From the pool terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. On the finca (fenced) lives a family of donkeys and there are wild cats, although they are very shy.
If you are looking for an authentic holiday in the countryside, surrounded by pure nature and local animals, this finca is the right place for you. By the way, the pool can also be heated between March and May.
