Traditional style country house for 6 people to rent, with private pool in a quiet rural area, just 3 km. of the town of Porreres, centre-south Mallorca. Enjoy a holiday in an authentic Mallorcan rural setting, just a few minutes from great restaurants and services in the typical inland town of Porreres.
Traditional rustic style country house Riquers, with wooden beamed ceilings. The house is distributed in two floors.
From the entrance there is direct access to the open living/dining room. There is a wooden staircase that leads to a gallery where the beautiful and original library is located. The kitchen is spacious and has access to the outside. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, with traditional furniture and a shower-room.
On the floor there are two twin bedrooms and a shower-room.
The bedrooms have fans.
The electricity is generated with solar panels.
Directly at the house you will find a covered, shady terrace with a dining table and a chill-out corner. A few meters further is the spacious pool with sun loungers and sun protection.
