This semi-detached country house is located in a countryside area, in a quiet rural setting. The popular residential areas of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, as well as the old town of Pollensa, are just a few minutes' drive away. Villa Palmera is a 6 bedroom property just 2 km from Puerto Pollensa, and is distributed over two floors.
As you enter the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To your right is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A hallway leads to the rest of the rooms on this floor, consisting of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Upstairs there is another outbuilding with oven, hob, microwave and dining area, plus a dining room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and further bedrooms (one twin and one double) sharing a bathroom.
