Villa Ca'n Vilanova is situated only 1.50 km from the village of Pollensa, easily accessible on foot.
Its situation is very quiet, as it is located at the end of a small road.
In the outside area there is a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for the enjoyment of your outdoor dinners. A charcoal barbecue completes the facilities. Furthermore, next to the porch there is a swimming pool of 8 meters x 4 meters with roman steps and sunbeds for 4 people. The swimming pool is integrated in a garden area, with lawn and native plants. The property is completely fenced and closed by a barrier. It has a covered porch to park 2 cars outside.
The house is built in rustic Majorcan style, with white walls and tiled floor. It consists of a living and dining area in the back an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with sofas and satellite TV, as well as a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people.
