Can Sureda is a 5 minute walk from the village, located in one of the best areas of Pollensa, at the entrance of the residential area of La Font, as well as close to a bus stop.
It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Distributed on one floor, with swimming pool, outdoor area, porch and barbecue. Three complete bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The outdoor area has a porch, outdoor furniture such as chairs, table and sofa. Barbecue, private swimming pool and garden.
The house is located in an elevated area of the village, the access through the street is steep and narrow, so it is recommended to park the car in a car park nearby, as the house does not have it and in the same street you can not park. on the other hand you can also access by the staircase of the Calvario, in this case it is only possible on foot.
