Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this charming traditional family home very close to the town of Pollensa, which you can reach on foot as it is only 1km from the centre, so a car is optional!. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property offers space and comfort for up to 6 people.

The house is divided into 2 levels, on the floor we find a large living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor are the three bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and 2 twin rooms) and a bathroom, all the rooms benefit from splendid views of the countryside, the Serra de Tramuntana and the Puig de Maria.

It also has air conditioning, wifi and a fireplace to enjoy the cooler nights. It has a cosy atmosphere, with original features of the old Mallorcan countryside life, wooden beams, terracotta tiles and stone walls.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace or in the private garden, where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. The private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days.
