The villa is situated in a quiet area with views of the Tramuntana mountains. It is ideal for families and groups of friends where you can enjoy a salt water swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The large garden has a playground with swing and slide, table tennis table and mini football pitch. The villa has all the comforts for any season of the year as it has a fireplace, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan.

It has 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds, all with wardrobes and two bathrooms, one inside and one outside. The kitchen is spacious, renovated and fully equipped. Next to it is the living-dining room with a luminous and cosy decoration to relax and watch TV.

Outside there are two terraces, one with a barbecue and the other with a porch and a large table for unforgettable dinners and board game nights.
If you also want to enjoy the charms of the island, this villa is located very close to sandy and rocky beaches, wonderful coves and hiking and cycling areas. Also, the most picturesque villages with their popular markets.
