Finca Moli d'en Cavea is located just 800 metres on foot from the typical Mallorcan village of Cas Concos, with its shops and restaurants. The house enjoys a wonderfully quiet location and fantastic views as far as the mountains. The numerous, beautiful small beaches of the south-east coast or the tourist centre of Cala d'Or with its picturesque harbour are only approx. 10 km away.
Moli d'en Cavea, a 200-year-old windmill, is just 500 m away on foot from the village of Cas Concos. Comfortably furnished living room. Wide Country kitchen with dining area. One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms with two single beds each share a bathroom.
In a beautiful garden there is a large swimming pool with a terrace and sun loungers. External bathroom With toilet and washing machine. A small covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue.
