This typical Mallorcan finca is located near Selva on a completely fenced, wonderful property with a lovingly landscaped garden with great views of the Tramuntana mountains. On this finca you will find one thing above all: relaxation.
With around 140 m² of living space spread over one level, the house offers a living-dining room with WiFi internet and satellite TV and an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table and a breakfast bar. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden.
In total there are 3 double bedrooms in the house (all with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x shower tray). Two of the bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning.
The huge lawn and a large sn of trees, palms and flowers of all kinds surround the 10 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.20 x 2.60 m) with stair entry. In this wonderful garden you will find the peace and quiet you need to really relax on holiday. To achieve this goal, sun loungers and parasols are of course also available and, as a highlight, there is a jacuzzi by the pool. Two shady terraces right next to the house invite you to chill out barbecue evenings.
The finca is the ideal place for holidaymakers who are looking for a lot of peace and quiet in an authentic Mallorca finca, as well as for families with children. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are available in Selva, just 5 minutes away, or in Inca, 10 minutes away, which also has a direct motorway connection. From the finca you can reach the beautiful, dreamy mountain villages such as Valldemossa or Soller in about 15 to 20 minutes. The nearest sandy beaches in the north such as Alcudia or Pollensa are about half an hour's drive away
