The fantastic villa in Capdepera, embedded in the popular bathing bay of "Font de Sa Cala", offers everything that makes a holidaymaker's heart beat faster... pool, sea views and a dream beach with just a 5-minute walk almost right in front of the door.
The house has around 130 m² of living space on two floors. On the level there is a guest toilet, the living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
From the living room you have access to the well-kept outdoor area with garden area, the private 10 x 3 m swimming pool with sun loungers and sea views.
On the upper level there are the two further double bedrooms, also with their own en-suite bathroom and one of them with access to the roof terrace, from which you have a fantastic view of the sea. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
The small rocky bays with crystal clear, turquoise water in front of the house are only 100 meters away and the beach of "Font de Sa Cala" is just 400 meters away on foot around the corner. The idyllic life around the fishing villages of Cala Ratjada and Capdepera can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The town of Cala Ratjada offers various shopping opportunities, a beach promenade with tapas bars and numerous good restaurants, as well as a small yacht and fishing port. All in all, a property that everyone dreams of spending their vacation here.
