Surrounded by nature and with a pleasant south-facing orientation, Villa Sa Mata is a welcoming Mallorcan stone property, ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday with family or friends. Its rural setting, private pool and spacious outdoor areas make it an excellent option for disconnecting and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of Mallorca.
The exterior of the property is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The garden, surrounded by trees and vegetation, offers pleasant areas of natural shade, whilst the easily accessible private pool features sun loungers for relaxation during the summer days. Next to the house you will also find a comfortable outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast in the open air, enjoying long family meals or preparing a barbecue at dusk.
Inside, the villa retains the charm of traditional Mallorcan country houses, with exposed wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors and abundant natural light. The décor is simple and functional, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find the lounge-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay, a practical laundry room and a bathroom.
The upper floor houses the three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a second bathroom. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Villa Sa Mata enjoys a peaceful location in the countryside, whilst at the same time allowing easy access to all services. The charming village of Campanet is just a few minutes' drive away, as is Sa Pobla, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other services. The spectacular sandy beaches of Alcúdia Bay and Playa de Muro are approximately 15–20 minutes' drive away.
An excellent choice for those seeking privacy, nature and authentic rural Mallorcan atmosphere, without giving up being close to villages, services and some of the best beaches in the north of the island.
