The garden, with trees and natural shaded areas, invites you to relax outdoors, whether on the sun loungers by the easily accessible pool or on the terrace, perfect for long alfresco meals and evening barbecues.
Inside awaits a simple and comfortable house, with exposed beam ceilings, terracotta floors and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor are distributed the living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a practical laundry room and a bathroom. The estate is located just a few minutes' drive from the charming village of Campanet and very close to Sa Pobla, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and services. The extensive beaches of Alcúdia bay can be reached in about 15–20 minutes.
