Vinya Vella Holiday Finca, 8 Persons. Wonderful outdoor area, several chill-out spaces, vegetable garden and fruit trees.
Vinya Vella is a beautiful and characterful country house for up to 8 guests. It is located in a peaceful area, just 1.5 km from the small village of Calonge and 3.6 km from the lively and well-known coastal resort of Cala d'Or. The interior is very spacious and full of charming details. The outdoor area is stunning, with several areas where guests can relax and unwind. Guests also have access to fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden.
For the enjoyment of both children and adults, there is a hedge maze located next to the pool area.
Vinya Vella is a two-storey country house. From the entrance hall, you enter the living and dining room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and direct access to the veranda and swimming pool. The well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room also has access to the outdoor area.
On this floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a corner bathtub.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom, also furnished with two single beds, features a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The final bedroom, the master bedroom, is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a separate shower. This bedroom overlooks the swimming pool, with the sea visible in the distance and has access to a private veranda with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The outdoor area is wonderful, featuring a covered veranda where you can enjoy your meals while overlooking the pool. There is a large swimming pool, spacious lawn areas and several relaxation zones for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
A covered barbecue area is also available. Next to the pool, there is a veranda with an additional refrigerator. There is also an outdoor toilet.
