This house is located 200 metres from the beautiful fishing harbour of Cala Bona. Nearby there are two 18-hole golf courses, Son Servera Golf at 3 km and Pula Golf at 6 km.
The nearest beach is in Cala Bona, at 200 metres from the house, at 2 km, the beach of Cala Millor and at 6 km, the beach of Sa Coma.
The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious living-dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, the furniture is completely new and of high quality.
The house is handicapped accessible.
You will be able to enjoy a swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres and 1,50 metres deep, surrounded by 1.500 metres of terraces and gardens.
Among other features, the villa has air conditioning in the bedroom area, combi fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, gas water heater, electric oven, microwave, toaster, satellite TV, free WIFI throughout the house and barbecue in the garden and ample private parking inside the property.
