This typical Majorcan house of 160 m2 offers space for up to 6 persons on one ground floor and is located in the small village of Ariany. The village is located in the interior of Mallorca on a property of 240 m2.
Holiday house with a small pool and a sun terrace in a picturesque location in the heart of Mallorca.
The house has a furnished patio with outdoor furniture and a small pool with a small waterfall. A barbecue area and a garage are also available for use.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite and a guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The living room is furnished with a fireplace, two sofas and a television with satellite reception. The spacious kitchen is furnished with a large dining table, a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine, an iron and Wi-Fi connection are at your disposal. A cot and high chair are available on request. The top floor is not habitable and is used for storage. Pets are not allowed.
It is approximately 500 m from the city centre and public transport. There is a restaurant 1 km away. Shops, leisure and the nearest beach is about 15 km from the property and you can rent boats and practice water sports. There is a golf course 35 km away and the airport is about 50 km from the house. Car hire is recommended to reach the house.
