Very cozy and ideal for sun and beach holidays with family and children, or groups of friends. 3 double bedrooms, living - dining room with access to the terrace and fully furnished and equipped kitchen where nothing is missing, to feel at home.
Barcarés, the area where the house is located, is a quiet urbanization, washed around by the Mediterranean sea with its long coast. The great advantage is that it is only 5 minutes by car from Alcudia town, a beautiful walled city of great tourist and cultural interest, where we also find all the necessary services, in addition to restaurants, big supermarkets and a large market every Tuesday and Sunday.
