Dream house and dream location! The small, dreamy finca is only 5 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and Pollensa and therefore the sea right in front of your feet.
With around 70 m² of living space, the house offers space for up to three guests, i.e. a couple or a small family with a child. Inside, the finca has a living room with satellite TV, internet and dining area and the rustic kitchen that extends here, also with a dining table. There is also a sofa in the living room which can be converted into a sofa bed for the third person (or child). The bathroom is also on this level.
A staircase leads from the living room to an open gallery where the 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed is located. The gallery also has an air conditioning unit and the ceiling height is 1.40 - 2.20 m.
From the house you can reach the large paved and furnished terrace with a dining area, parasol and there is a brick BBQ grill. The highlight is the 10 x 5 m swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi and sun loungers (depth 1.10 x 1.70 m). From the pool terrace you can enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The finca is only about 7 km from the Bay of Pollensa and therefore only about 5 minutes by car from the nearest beaches such as "Barcares" or a little further to the long beaches of the Bay of Alcudia. Pollensa and Alcudia offer various sports, excursions and shopping opportunities and there are great restaurants everywhere in the area
