Set in the countryside close to the Alcùdia/Pollença border, Can Xanet is a newly refurbished and tastefully furnished finca that fuses traditional Mallorcan style with contemporary design. The property itself is 7,400 square feet, on a private estate of over 4 acres.
Opening its doors for the time in Summer 2022, the property boasts five large bedrooms (each with well appointed ensuite bathrooms) and includes a master bedroom with office/dressing room and terrace. An open plan ground floor provides space for large groups to easily congregate, yet there are spaces around the estate for quiet contemplation.
Close to Pollença, Alcúdia Old Town, Alcúdia Port and Port de Pollença there are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and beaches offering a wealth of activities (see our things to do page). Sundays are market day in both Pollença and Alcúdia Old Town where it is possible to source the freshest local ingredients in preparation for a long, leisurely lunch.
