Villa María is a 4-bedroom semi-detached house licensed for 6 people located in Alcanada.

Alcanada beach is located 3.5 kilometers from the town of Puerto de Alcudia. It is a beach of pebbles and sand. The beach has pine trees that provide pleasant shade on hot summer days. Its waters are generally calm. The lighthouse island stands out in its proximity, 500m away. It is an easily accessible beach and has a nearby parking area.

The house offers a panoramic view of the sea. The house is distributed over 3 levels. Access to the house is through the upper floor, where you will find the cozy living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms and on the lower floor there is another bedroom with its own bathroom. This spacious and bright house is tastefully decorated in light colors.

There is a beautiful terrace with a portable grill and table with chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable furniture to watch the sunset over the bay. At the back of the house there is a private swimming pool.
