Beautiful villa with private pool in Cala Sant Vicenç, surrounded by nature and only a 4-minute drive from the coves in the area.
With a capacity for 6 people, this welcoming house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers.
Inside the house, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a shared full bathroom. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a private bathroom, is located next to the outdoor terrace, offering a more private space within the property. There is also a third full bathroom located in the pool area.
The villa is located on a large rural property in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a quiet and privileged environment where you can enjoy the Mallorcan countryside. Among its most special features is a beautiful oak grove, where it is common to see sheep grazing.
Outside, it features a garden, large terraces, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a private pool, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, a television, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, and outdoor parking.
