The restored Mallorcan fisherman's house Casa Gaviota is located directly on the promenade and just a few metres from the small sandy beach of Cala Galiota and offers space for six people and has been completely renovated to create a charming holiday home with a stylish atmosphere. At the front is a typical fisherman's house terrace with a barbecue and dining area. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Colonia Sant Jordi lighthouse and the small sandy beach. The interior of the house is bright and friendly and has numerous amenities. There is a fireplace in the living room for the low season, and the bedrooms are also heated.The location of the house is perfect if you want to enjoy the advantages of Colonia Sant Jordi. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance - we particularly recommend Laos, Cassai Beach and Sal de Coco directly in the harbour.Sports: numerous water sports such as kayaking, water skiing and sailing are possible. The nearest golf course is only 30 minutes away by car.
