Beautiful and comfortable villa with swimming pool in the middle of nature.
This beautiful property is located near the town of Llucmajor, where you will find all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc. Playa de Palma and Cala Blava are only 8 km away.
This exceptional finca offers 180 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to nine people. Upon entering the house, you enter the pleasant living/dining room, followed by the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. There are two sofas, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a fireplace, a stove, and air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms in the basement (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the outdoor area.
All rooms are equipped with fans.
The upper floor is designed as a separate studio and even has its own entrance. There is a large living room with two sofa beds and two single beds. A private bathroom with a bathtub.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and for the cold season, also a wood-burning fireplace.
Near the main house there is a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
In the beautiful garden, fruit trees and several pleasant living spaces.
The 9x4m saltwater swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
The swimming pool is fenced and therefore ideal for holidays with young children.
TO CONSIDER:
