Charming, renovated stone house located in an idyllic setting with lush vegetation. The 7,000 m² property, for exclusive use by guests, offers privacy and is perfect for disconnecting and connecting with nature. It is located just 2 km from the village of Llubí, which has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy; the magnificent beaches of Muro and Can Picafort are just 15 km away.
Space
The house has been renovated, preserving its typical Mallorcan character while providing every comfort. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood-burning stove.
The 90m2 built are spread over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space including living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.
On the mezzanine there is another bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is ideal for up to 5 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 guests in case of children.
Outside, the property is located in a protected area, preserving its natural surroundings. It features a 8.70x4.70 m swimming pool with a depth of 1.46 m. It also includes a terrace with a pergola and a garden shaded by lush trees.
Services and common areas
The price includes water, electricity, butane, wood, tourist tax, sheets and towels.
On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost.

The property's electricity comes from solar panels. We ask that guests consume responsibly and follow the usage instructions provided to ensure maximum energy efficiency.
IMPORTANT :
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
