Spacious and modern holiday home with swimming pool and roof terrace
Designed in a minimalist, Mediterranean style, with large open spaces and plenty of light.
This modern village house can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi.
Still on the ground floor, there is a shower room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite, are located on the floor, the 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor.
In the well-kept outdoor area there is a 5x3 meter swimming pool with sun loungers and a nicely furnished terrace of 100 square meters.
The house also offers toys for children, a ping-pong table, a pair of bicycles, a roof terrace with views of Muro and a barbecue.
IMPORTANT :
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kW/day per person)
- Air conditioning included, but in case of excessive use it will be charged at €0.25/kW.
- A refundable deposit is required.
