This Mallorcan property is a rarity! Here you'll find a successful blend of tradition and modernity. The character of this old manor house has been largely preserved, without sacrificing the conveniences of modern amenities.
This finca is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature. The large estate houses horses, ducks, sheep, and much more. If you wish, you can rent the horses for a guided ride.
This fantastic finca is located between the towns of Petra and Son Serra de Marina and can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition to the main building, there are still some farm buildings, where the tools and equipment for managing the finca were housed. Many of these old objects can still be admired today.
Through the entrance hall, you enter the comfortably furnished living and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and of course, WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will want for nothing, as here too you will find a successful blend of modern technology in a rustic setting.
The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 4 en-suite bathrooms, lovingly designed for 8 people. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the other two are upstairs. Guests will be able to use and enjoy the entire property.
In the outdoor area is the 4x8 m natural swimming pool and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Distributed throughout the property there are many different seating areas where you can relax and enjoy nature.
