The villa is located very close to the beach and offers fantastic views of the Formentor peninsula.
The interior is furnished with the highest quality materials and uniquely designed furniture. The house offers 300 m² of living space, spread over three floors. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and four bathrooms. There is also an office, a large gym, and a garage.
Outside you will find a dining area, a swimming pool and a barbecue area.
The living room features a large leather sofa with a chaise longue. The television can be rotated 360°, and you can even see it from the outdoor seating area. The elegant dining room offers magnificent sea views.
In this open-plan environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances. These include, in addition to traditional appliances, a dishwasher and a wine refrigerator.
On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive pieces by Philippe Stark.
On the floor, there are two bedrooms and two further bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The double bed in the bedroom features a solid, fine oak headboard. The second bedroom offers spectacular sea views. It also has its own dressing room and a private bathroom with two hydromassage showers.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a large TV and surround sound system.
From the basement you can access the garage and the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The modern design continues in the outdoor area, with large terraces, equipped with modern furniture and offering sea views.
