Wonderful Mediterranean-style, modern villa with a large swimming pool, ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
Designed in a Mediterranean style, introducing a very new concept with large spaces, the house is very bright and modern.
The villa is located between Sa Pobla and Muro.
The villa is located on a plot of land with a total area of 15,000 m².
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, in a new concept, open to the dining/living room which includes comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels, a DVD and CD player and Wi-Fi. You will also find here 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi.
On the floor there is another double bedroom en suite.
The tranquility of the countryside invites you to relax in the outdoor area. Outside, right next to the house, you can enjoy the round swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area for wonderful evenings with family or friends.
You will find a children's playground, a volleyball court and a ping-pong table.
There is also a garage.
The villa was built with high quality materials, very functional and all appliances are of high quality.
There is hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Authorized parties €35/person
- Electric cars connected to the home's electricity network €100 per week.
- In order to comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
