Beautiful and modern villa near Sa Pobla with beautiful mountain views. The house has a living area of approximately 250 m². On the ground floor, through the entrance on your right, you reach the stairs that lead you to the second floor. On your left side, you see the bedroom and in front of it, a dining room in an open concept with the fully equipped living room, also the kitchen is super modern with a BBQ. On the floor, there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony, you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Outside, the house features a large garden with a large swimming pool and a bathroom. The property offers a beautiful space where family and friends can experience unforgettable moments.
