Rustic villa in the north of the island, come and enjoy summer in paradise.
The house is located in the north of the island, in the village of Sa Pobla. The place is just about a 10-minute drive from the main town. The pre-property has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, and two bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
The living and dining room are large and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation easy.
Air conditioning in the rooms.
Outside, you will find a covered terrace, a beautiful swimming pool and a barbecue area to enjoy good meals with family or friends.
An excellent place to relax and spend a peaceful holiday. The nearest beach is a 15-minute drive away.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- Air conditioning based on consumption (0.30 Eur/kW)
- In winter, optional heating at 30 Eur/day.
- A refundable deposit is required.
