Large house with everything you need to spend quality time with your family and friends.
The property offers approximately 130 square meters of living space and can accommodate six people. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers.
The living room has a good sized dining table to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends to enjoy good meals, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to spend quality time with your loved ones, also the house has air conditioning.
In the building next to the house, you will find a covered barbecue area with garden furniture for spending quality time with family or friends, from where you will have direct access to the large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, you are a 15-minute drive from the local beach.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kWh/day per person)
- Pets: 50.00 EUR supplement per pet. Pet liability insurance is mandatory.
- A refundable deposit is required.
