Welcome to this beautiful village house located in the Mallorcan village of Petra. Here, you'll find peace and relaxation, far from mass tourism.
This typical Mallorcan holiday home has a history, as the village bakery was located here. You can still see the original ovens that were used to supply the villagers with bread.
The house is spread over 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms (double bed 135x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm) for 4 people. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor as well as one of the two newly installed bathrooms with shower.
You enter the house through a spacious hallway, from which you access the living room with TV and WiFi. Also on the ground floor is the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and TV. From here, you can access the inner courtyard where there is also a dining table.
On hot days, the swimming pool offers refreshment, and sun loungers are available. A barbecue is also available for guests.
On the rooftop terrace you can enjoy the sunset in comfortable furniture to relax.

TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kWh per day per person)
