Fantastic and comfortable villa in Muro.
Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 5 minutes from the beach.
Capacity for 6 people.
On the ground floor there is the living room and kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the porch. The living room has two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and also connects to the porch.
On the floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
Air-conditioned porch with two dining areas.
Welcoming outdoor space, garden surrounded by orange trees, 3x5 meter swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and ping-pong table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings with family or friends.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
