Beautiful villa completely renovated with very good taste.
Would you like to explore the beautiful north of Mallorca on your next vacation? We invite you to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside near Muro.
The center of Muro and the commercial area are a few minutes from the property, while Muro beach is 10 km away.
Situated on a large plot, the property offers private and secure parking for several cars as well as a well-maintained garden consisting of several terraces and a swimming pool.
On the ground floor you will find an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen which communicates with the comfortable living room.
There are three spacious bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor and the other two are on the floor.
Additionally, there are two renovated bathrooms. One is on the ground floor with a hydromassage shower. The other is on the floor and features a bathtub with a shower.
The property has capacity for six people and air conditioning, it is reformed with top quality materials.
In the small house attached to the main house you will find a dining room with a barbecue and a built-in kitchen, the area offers even more space for fun evenings with family or friends.
Comfortable sun loungers and a swimming pool invite you to spend a relaxing time with breathtaking views.
