This traditional two-story rustic house is located in the countryside, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Inca, which offers numerous shopping areas and where you can find good factories and leather and shoe stores. Furthermore, it is 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of C'an Picafort.
The property consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there are two other bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a DVD player.
From the kitchen, there is also access to a large terrace with beautiful views of the orange groves, the surrounding villages, and even the Tramuntana mountain range. On the terrace, you will find a practical stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dishes, and you can enjoy dining with magnificent views.
Next to the barbecue area and terraces, there is a saltwater swimming pool and sun loungers for having fun and enjoying hot summer days with friends or family.
