The villa has a surface area of 250 m² and is comfortable in every way. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the floor.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen, as well as the living room. There is also a small toilet.
It stands out for the fact that it is a new construction and for the high quality of all the accommodations.
