House located 5 km from Campos, a village in the south of the island with good connections to the beautiful beaches: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita ... and the city, Palma.
The house is tastefully furnished and offers enough space for 6 people in 250 m² of living space.
It has three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds). On the ground floor is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The entrance to the house is a living room with a sofa, a television, and a bedroom. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with fans and TV.
The outdoor area features a garden, a large 10x5 m swimming pool, and comfortable sun loungers. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and seating for 6 people.
From here, you'll have views of the pool and garden. There's an outdoor barbecue to enjoy the weather.
