Idyllic villa in Colonia de Sant Pere.
Capacity for 6 people.
Very bright and comfortable accommodation of 120 m², located on the seafront, with views of the sea and the mountains.
Directly opposite a rocky beach and 90 meters from a sandy beach. And 200 meters from the town center.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedrooms with single beds. 3 bathrooms, one with a shower and two with a bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room. Satellite TV, stereo, WiFi,.
It has a garden with a fenced plot, a swimming pool, a barbecue and terrace furniture so you can enjoy the good weather and the stunning sea views.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- Heating from November to April according to consumption 1.40 Eur/litre or market price at the time of stay.
