This dream villa for families is located in the rural surroundings of the island's center, near renowned vineyards and offers on its spacious 2000 m² property a playground for young guests and offers enough space for 8 people.
The spacious and luxurious house is spread over 360 m² over two floors and features very high and bright rooms. The finca is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail and perfectly equipped.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living and dining room, the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace, a bedroom, and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, another is even equipped with a sauna, and the third has a large open closet. All rooms are very modern and lovingly furnished.
Satellite TV and internet/WLAN are also available. You won't miss anything in this fantastic home.
The well-kept garden provides much-needed shade on hot days, and the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) will delight you. Sun loungers are available, and there is an outdoor barbecue for barbecues.
