Spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming villa located in the quiet urbanization of Manresa, Alcudia. Accommodating up to 7 people, this property is just 20 steps from the beach, offering direct access to the sea without the need to book in advance. The villa's interior is spacious and modern, with a bright living-dining room ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Equipped with satellite TV, a CD player, and air conditioning in all rooms, this villa offers a comfortable environment all year round. The gas kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare delicious meals. The house also features a separate laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
The villa has four bedrooms: two with twin beds and two with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the house. For families with children, a crib and high chair are available upon request.
Located in one of the quietest areas of the Bay of Pollença, the villa is surrounded by natural surroundings and is mainly inhabited by local residents. Just a short drive away, you'll find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Alcudia's markets, held on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-see, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort, and Formentor.
