The owner's note, Lola

The modern villa Son Vigili is located in a fantastic rural setting near the village of Campos, with a weekly market on Thursdays and Saturdays, and the Colonia de Sant Jordi. From the villa, you can drive to beautiful beaches such as Sa Rápita or the natural sandy beach "Es Trenc".
The house, recently built, is decorated in a modern and comfortable style, it has all the amenities of a modern house, the large windows make it very bright.
Central heating throughout the house, ceiling fan in the living room and air conditioning in the three bedrooms.
A large open kitchen, with island, bar, table and everything you might need.
Living room with comfortable sofa, TV, CD and DVD player, WIFI, ...
Three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi, two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds and two other bathrooms with shower.
Outside, there is a hammock area near the pool, a barbecue, a lounge area and a children's area for the little ones to have fun.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- Optional heating (30.00 Eur/day)
