Beautiful country house located between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, where you will find: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc. Even some of the best beaches on the island, Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí, are only 10 minutes away by car.
This typical Majorcan finca has 120 m² of living space and can accommodate 6 people. It features a comfortable living-dining room with sofas, satellite TV, and WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the cozy living room, where there is a large dining table.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The bedrooms and dining room are air-conditioned.
This welcoming property owes its charm to the exterior spaces, delicately maintained and endowed with a large number of Mediterranean plants.
Several living spaces are located in the garden, next to the pool area, small tables and chairs and a swing for young and old.
