This house is located in a quiet area in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, where you will find all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc., as well as some of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia, which are only 16 minutes away by car.
The country house is tastefully furnished and offers enough space for 8 people in 250 m² of living space.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 with bathtub. In winter you can use the central heating.
The house has a comfortable living room with satellite TV + Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, you can cool off in the large 10 x 5 m swimming pool and relax on the comfortable sun loungers. On the covered terrace, you will find another dining table that seats 8 people.
From here you have a fantastic view of the pool and the beautiful garden. There is also an outdoor barbecue.
