It has a large living-dining room with a fireplace and a toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an induction hob and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
It also has a private garden patio of approximately 50 m² with a swimming pool, which allows for complete privacy, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout, heating with a heat pump and electric radiators, 2 smart TVs, a hairdryer, etc.
