Chalet for 6 people 100 m from the sea
A fabulous chalet offering stunning sea views, just meters from the calm waters of Pollensa Bay. Located in the prestigious residential complex of Es Barcares, this property is just a 5-minute drive from Alcudia's medieval walls. Es Barcares is known for its excellent kitesurfing conditions and is very popular with surfers.
With 150 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers satellite TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean cuisine using local produce, which you can buy at the weekly market in Alcudia (Tuesday and Sunday). Opposite the kitchen is a 25 m² balcony with a cozy dining area.
The house has 3 charming double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs.
Outside, you'll find a 40 m² terrace and an 800 m² garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. A brick barbecue is also available. There's also a storage room where you can store your bicycles.
