This fabulous flat enjoys a privileged location as it is on the front line of Puerto de Pollença. The beach is right in front of it, the views over the bay are magnificent, and the varied offer of restaurants and shops is at the foot of the street as it is in the heart of the promenade.
On entering the flat we are welcomed by a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. The room is pleasant and cosy thanks to its natural light and comfortable furnishings. From the living room you have access to the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your meals and chatting in front of the splendid views.
The flat has three bedrooms, one double and two twin. All of them have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There are two large bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).
