Welcome to FINCA SON FRED, an exquisite retreat set in the heart of the countryside, perfect for those seeking an unforgettable getaway. Endowed with unparalleled beauty and situated in a privileged setting, this house promises fabulous views and the tranquillity that only nature can offer. With its 260 m2 distributed over two floors and set in a vast 27,000 m2 of land, it is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, offering the space and comfort needed to enjoy every moment.
Inside, the house boasts a configuration designed for comfort and enjoyment: three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds, all with windows to the outside that offer views of the garden. The property is completed with three bathrooms, one of them en suite, an office-library for reading time, and a living-dining room with a fireplace, which together with a fully equipped independent kitchen and a pantry, make up the heart of this home. This guarantees a comfortable and welcoming space where life inside the house is as pleasant as outside.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a beautiful porch, a terrace and an extensive garden, complemented by a swimming pool and a barbecue area perfect for enjoying al fresco meals while appreciating the une conciergerie of the surroundings.
